GENERAL

Written confirmation of agreement must be exchanged prior to comission consultation.Duckturnrot reserves the right to decline commissions; cancel and refund the money (if eligible) at any time.The final product is strictly for Personal Non-commercial use ONLY. Client cannot sell commissioned pieces for any type of profit - or claim the pieces as their own work of art.Duckturnrot retains all the rights over all the commissioned outputs.Duckturnrot is allowed to display the commission, post it online, and/or attach it to their portfolio.Creation takes time. There is no time limit on the completion of a piece (minimum 6 months), but images will be provided to the client during the process to reassure that the commission is being worked on.PAYMENT

Client will pay for the totality of the commission, including consultation time, work output (calculated by hours) and materials/material usage and shipping.Client must pay at least 75% of the total price before the commission begins (minus shipping and handling). Duckturnrot does have payment plan options available with a signed agreement/contract.The commission is to be paid via a PayPal, Venmo, Facebook or Cashapp invoice. Depending on the site, an account is not required, only the clients e-mail address.The client can ask for a partial (90% of the value) refund before the purchasing of material. After the material is purchased, the client is only viable for a 60% refund.If piece is 35% complete, client is not viable for a depository refund (75%). Terminating the commission halfway through the completion/delivery date will not be suitable for a refund at all.If client chooses to request a refund, they must let the artist know beforehand so that finances can be properly transferred. If the client requests a Paypal charge-back, the buyer will be blacklisted.DELIVERY

Pieces are sent via postmail, in which client is responsible for providing a viable address to which client has access to.Client is responsible for shipping cost and fees, including insurance and tracking. These fees will be collected after shipping confirmation, which will be considered a reimbursement to the artist.Duckturnrot is not responsible for tracking packages.Duckturnrot is not responsible for missing items or damaged items, but is open to discussing with client ways to remedy damaged items.USAGE
────────────────Client may not redistribute art pieces for general profit.Client may not sell any products/finished items made from Duckturnrot, however, the client can use pieces as display and for personal use with credit.WARNING

This term does not require agreement to in order to apply. This term is automatically applied generally to all art created by Duckturnrot for the protection and permission of the Artist, and any pieces of art created for clientele:No progress drawings, portfolio peices, posted images, or anything created by Duckturnrot Art may be posted, sold, or used by anyone but Duckturnrot (without permission and in some cases, the Clients permission).
